CLIENT CONTEXT

The starting point.

Pellegrini and Paul A. Sarks & Son bring two longstanding names together in one Sydney store. The business supplies religious gifts, sacred art and church essentials to families, parishes and schools. Personal advice matters here: customers often need to compare a finish, check a fitting or ask about a particular piece.

PROBLEM

The challenge.

The previous Wix website contained useful information, but crowded layouts and image-heavy catalogue pages made the range harder to navigate. It needed a more considered presentation and clearer information for people discovering the business through Google.

OBJECTIVE

Help customers find Pellegrini on Google, see what the store offers and take the next step: call Paul or come in.

BEFORE & AFTER / THE HOMEPAGE

The same business.
A different first impression.

The refresh gives the range room to breathe. A calmer palette, larger product imagery and clearer navigation help a new visitor understand where to start.

THINKING / STRATEGY

Found online.
Chosen in person.

The brief was deliberately simple. Paul wanted the website to look better and make the business easier to find. The customer journey should lead to a useful conversation or a visit to the shop; there is no online checkout.

We organised the range around the things people look for: rosaries, crucifixes, sacramental gifts and church supplies. Collection pages give those subjects their own space, with readable descriptions alongside the existing catalogues.

The SEO work follows the same logic. Clear page titles, descriptive headings and references to the Ashfield location explain what the business sells and where to find it. Visitors get useful information, and search engines have more context than a product scan alone can provide.

EXECUTION

Make it easy
to ask the next question.

The website brings Pellegrini and Paul A. Sarks & Son into one clear introduction: two names, one Ashfield store. Navy type, warm neutral backgrounds and generous spacing give the products a consistent setting.

Search, collection filters and catalogue previews help people narrow down the range before calling. Product references stay useful without presenting old supplier prices or availability as a promise.

Telephone links sit within easy reach. The visit section puts the address, opening hours, directions and a photograph of the shop together, so customers can recognise it when they arrive. Every part supports the way Paul already does business.

OUTCOME

A better introduction.
A direct line to Paul.

Pellegrini now has a website that introduces the business, helps customers explore its range and makes the next step clear. The refreshed design brings the care of a specialist store into the first encounter online.

Search-focused page content gives the range and location a clearer foundation for discovery. The site’s commercial purpose remains straightforward: support product enquiries and bring people into the shop, where Paul can help them choose.
