Made for
the next find.
Kamikardzi is a trading-card brand taking shape. We’ve developed the branding, colour direction and website from the ground up, including the 3D vending machine behind its Lucky Drop rewards concept.
A colourful world for collectors, with a clear route from discovery to the detail of a card. The project is still in development and the business has not yet launched.Explore the website demo
The starting point.
Kamikardzi is being built around Pokémon singles, sealed packs and boxes. Some collectors arrive knowing exactly which card they want; others enjoy seeing what catches their eye. A new brand needs to welcome both, with a memorable first impression and an organised view of the collection.
The challenge.
The products are already familiar to the audience. The challenge was to give the store a character of its own and carry that character through every part of the experience. A bold opening still has to lead somewhere useful: a category, a set, a closer look at a card.
Build a recognisable collector brand and a working website that makes exploring the range feel as rewarding as finding the right card.
Colour with
a reason to be there.
We researched the visual language around this market: trading cards, collector shops and the energy of Japanese toy advertising. The direction grew from the appeal of discovery, nostalgia and the anticipation of a new pack.
Red, cobalt and yellow give the site a strong rhythm. Oversized lettering, framed compositions and layered products draw attention to the offer. Cream backgrounds give the product details and smaller copy a quieter place to sit.
The three category posters turn that direction into navigation. Singles, packs and boxes each get a distinct composition and a direct way into the shop.

One identity.
A complete experience to explore.
We developed the brand direction alongside the website design and build. The colours, typography, language and motion were considered together, so the personality carries from the opening screen into the catalogue and product details.
The homepage moves through product discovery, category choice, a featured collection and Lucky Drop. Each section has one main idea and an obvious next action. The catalogue then uses a regular grid, category filters and sorting to help someone narrow the range.
Product detail views bring the image, set, card number and description together. The demo also includes the bag, a simulated checkout and an account collection, allowing the proposed journey to be explored before launch.
A little anticipation.
A lucky find.
Lucky Drop gives the rewards idea a physical form. We built a 3D vending machine with a red-and-cream cabinet, stocked display shelves, a points screen, controls and a prize hatch. Its details make it feel like something a collector could walk up to.
The interaction follows that familiar sequence: choose to play, watch the machine respond, then reveal a card. The revealed card joins the demo collection. It gives the brand a memorable moment beyond the product grid.
Motion carries through the wider site too, from the changing product showcase to the collection compositions. Pause and reduced-motion options allow visitors to explore at their own pace.

From first impression
to the next visit.
Seen together, the homepage is a sequence of colourful product stories. The opening makes the brand visible; the category posters make it easy to choose a direction; the featured set gives collectors a reason to look closer.
Lucky Drop introduces an idea for repeat engagement. The aim is to give people something to remember and a reason to return as the business develops. That is a design intention at this stage, to be tested with real customers after launch.

A brand taking shape.
A launch still ahead.
The work so far brings the branding, colour system, website and original 3D models into a connected, interactive demo. It gives Kamikardzi a tangible way to review the experience and refine the offer before opening to customers.
The project remains a work in progress. Purchases, points and rewards in the demo are simulated; the business has not launched. The next stage is to refine the experience and prepare it for real trading. Sales, conversion and repeat visits can be assessed once that happens.
