The expertise
behind the scent.
Choosing a fragrance starts with a brief: the product, the scent and how it needs to perform. We brought Australian Fragrance House’s identity, copy and website together to give that conversation a clear starting point.

The starting point.
Australian Fragrance House supplies fragrance concentrates for applications including candles, home fragrance, personal care and cleaning products. Its customers need a fragrance suited to their product and production requirements. With such a broad, specialised offer, the sales process depends on talking through the brief with the AFH team.
The challenge.
A wide selection alone cannot tell a buyer what will work for their application. The website needed to explain the expertise behind the offer and make it easy to begin a conversation. The client also had a logo idea that needed refinement and versions suited to different uses.
Give prospective buyers a clear understanding of AFH’s capabilities and the confidence to contact the team about a fragrance for their product.
Start with the buyer’s
next question.
Research into the Australian fragrance market shaped the questions the website needed to answer: what can AFH develop, which applications does it support, and what happens after an enquiry? We worked directly with the client to turn their knowledge into a clear account of the business.
The aim was to help a buyer recognise a relevant capability and make contact. A conversation gives AFH the context to recommend a direction, discuss requirements and progress the sale. The brief centred on this enquiry route rather than an online checkout.
Their idea.
A consistent identity.
The client’s logo concept was the starting point. We cleaned it up and developed versions for different applications, giving the business a consistent mark it could use across its communications.
The AFH initials, full business name and botanical symbol work together as an introduction. Light and dark versions let the identity sit clearly on different backgrounds; the website carries the white mark into its blue navigation bar.

Give the knowledge
a clear voice.
We wrote the website copy, developing the content through research and direct conversations with the client. Services, technical expertise and regulatory support each have their own place, so a visitor can move from an introduction to the detail that matters to their project.
The visual direction uses sourced monochrome imagery, close detail and a restrained palette to connect fragrance with its practical applications. The selected imagery provides atmosphere around the information, while the layouts keep the next step visible.
The contact page asks about the product type, fragrance brief and estimated volume. Those details give the team a useful starting point for a tailored response and a sales conversation.
Explain where
the fragrance has to work.
The technical page groups the offer around wax, surfactant and alcohol-based systems. That gives visitors a way into the content through the kind of product they are making.
Writing about application, solubility and stability makes the technical discussion more concrete. It helps a prospective customer understand why the product base and intended use belong in the brief.

Put the practical
reassurance in view.
The website gives AFH’s regulatory support a dedicated page. It sets out the documentation the business offers, including Safety Data Sheets, IFRA certificates and allergen declarations.
Our role was to organise and communicate that information clearly. Giving it a visible place helps buyers identify the questions to discuss with AFH for their application and market, alongside the creative fragrance brief.
A clearer offer.
A more useful first conversation.
The finished work brings the refined identity, website copy and selected imagery into one presentation. A new visitor can understand what AFH does, explore its technical capabilities and find a route to the team.
The website supports the client’s way of selling: informed enquiries followed by direct advice. It gives AFH a place to introduce its expertise before the detailed work of choosing and developing a fragrance begins.
